These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of willhub.io, an estate-planning CRM provided by willhub.io Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. Account & access. You must provide accurate firm details and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account and any users you invite.
2. Subscription & billing. Paid plans renew automatically. Free trials require a valid payment method up-front and convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
3. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to circumvent security, or use willhub.io to process data unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
4. Data & confidentiality. You retain ownership of all firm and client data you upload. We process that data as set out in our Privacy Policy and only to provide the service.
5. Availability. We aim to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for downtime caused by third-party providers.
6. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
7. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
